BOOK REVIEW for Detecting Paranormal
Congratulations on the completion of the 2017 official 1st Edition release of the 2015 book “Detecting Paranormal”. The expanded version went from 159+ to 243+ pages with the addition of photographs that bring the book alive. This is not a collection of ghost stories! Greg Lawson’s perspective as an active Texas police detective is unique to the field of the paranormal because it explores the do and don’t of handling of evidence by using examples familiar to the reader.
Although they share the same title, the two books are very different. The 2015 version makes you ask if you really want to look behind the door leading into the unknown or just watch others do it for you from the comfort and safety of your television.
The 2017 version assumes that you decided to follow your passion and explore the little known world of the paranormal. This time, you must ask yourself if you are willing to do the required due diligence. Greg Lawson painstakingly explores the tools of the paranormal trade that ask the needed questions both before and after assembling observed fact into reliable conclusion.
This is a must read “Technique Manual” for both those who want to adventure out on their own as a professional ghost hunter, paranormal investigator, paranormal detective or simply understand what is actually happening during that popular television production.
You cannot find an easier to read primer for anyone who has an interest in the paranormal.

ZOMBIE ADVOCACY COPYRIGHT 2011
The Undead Survivor Advocacy Project.

USA Project-Z (USAPZ) is an important study into the causations and reactions to the undead condition. It is apparent that most humans have a reluctance to kill, however whether affected by an Antimortisviraloma (AMV) or confronted by a person afflicted with the contagion, homicidal tendencies rise sharply, resulting in violence toward both parties; USAPZ discusses and addresses these dynamics.
Former homicide detective and long time decedent researcher Greg Lawson has created a comprehensive and concise guidebook to understanding the physical and psychological derangement caused by AMV. He brings to light the legal protections afforded to AMV suffers, guidelines and outlines to how communities can establish Undead Survivor Advocacy groups, and discusses the preparations you must make in the event you become infected.

BOOK REVIEW for Zombie Advocacy
Brilliant, clever, important addition to any collection of zombie reference books.
Zombie Advocacy - Official USAS Management Guide (Paperback)
This book is a clever, innovative approach to the zombie topic. As the "advocacy" title suggests, it's a manual for law enforcement professionals, explaining how to deal with zombies, how to be sure they're fairly integrated into mainstream American society, and so on.
Of course, this is written very tongue-in-cheek, but it's brilliant.
As a writer, I thought I already owned at least one of every kind of book about the zombie topic. Then, I discovered this book (saw it in real life, and promptly ordered my own copy from Amazon) and it's a great reference.
If you enjoy the "what if" questions about zombies, or want to add more dimensions to your "zombie walk" or related activities, don't miss this book.
If you're a writer, I think this is a must-own. Combined with books liken Dead Inside: Do Not Enter: Notes From the Zombie Apocalypse and the usual classics like World War Z, and The Zombie Survival Guide, you can assemble a variety of plot ideas, and flesh-in (pun intended) your stories with quirky twists.
This book made me laugh out loud. Perhaps I'm easily amused, but this book's combination of innovative ideas and an authentic, authoritative tone of voice... well, I think it's a winner.
